Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a counselling student intern working on finishing my Masters in Counselling.

My work is guided by my values of connection, compassion, and curiosity, and I enjoy supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples as they navigate concerns related to relationships, sexuality, anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a feminist, relational, solution-focused, and narrative framework. You are the expert of your life and my goal is to walk alongside you, deepening our understanding of the stories and elements that shape our practices, relationships, and sense of self.

With a background in education, domestic violence advocacy, and the private sector, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, parents, and individuals across a wide spectrum of mental health, emotional regulation, development, and relationship challenges. These experiences taught me that healing and growth are not linear, but rather dynamic processes that thrive in safe, supportive environments where one’s emotions and experiences can be explored.
